A rich, copper coloured ale with a floral nose, caramel flavour and a spicy, bitter finish. Golden in colour, this pale ale is generously hopped with cascade and Galaxy hops from New Zealand, giving it an aroma and taste of tropical fruit. Black in color, this American IPA starts with a rich maltiness with notes of coffee, chocolate and roast and follows with a very hoppy bitter finish. ABV 7. This classic fall session beer pours a cascading dark brown, with a malty toffee nose followed by caramel and slight roasted notes, finishing smooth. ABV 4. A beautiful raspberry aroma precedes this refreshing ale. Clean, crisp and refreshing. A strong English ale, not too hoppy and reddish brown in colour. It is a dark, malty brew, full in taste with a sweet finish. A rich, malty stout with roasted, chocolate and coffee notes ending in a dry finish. This year we aged our well-rounded English barley wine in a wine barrel. Pours a deep amber, with a nose featuring vanilla and toffee, followed by red fruit, sweet malt, and caramel flavours, finishing with a bit of heat a complex slow sipper to warm the palate on cold winter nights.
