Hanz On Music announces the launch of its new record label. The record label launch party is Saturday July 14, 2012, from 8 PM to 10 PM at Edgewater Hall located at 691 Bay Street, Staten Island, NY, 10304.
Method Man Presents Hanz On Hannibal the Great, will be released on August 22, 2012. His new single, “Where Ya Hands Been,” is bold, genuine & ferocious. Wu-Tang Clan’s legendary Method Man is featured on the single “Shining Star.” The album also features appearances from other Wu-Tang stars Ghostface Killah, Capadonna and Inspectah Deck.
Limited edition copies of the album are available for pre-sale on our official website. “Shining Star” featuring Method Man is also available for sale as a single.
About Hannibal the Great
Hanz On, aka Hannibal the Great (born Anthony “Jazz” Messado) is an American Hip Hop artist and songwriter from Staten Island, NY. As an affiliate of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan collective, Hannibal’s had the pleasure of touring and performing with the legendary Wu-Tang Clan during both Rock the Bells tours in 2006 and 2008, as well as on the Wu-Tang 8 Diagrams Tour in 2010.
Previously signed to Raekwon’s Ice Water Records, Hannibal’s was once a member of the Ice Water Clique and a feature on Rae’s album, Raekwon Presents Polluted Water, released in 2007. Hannibal also released his first album, Out of Chef’s Kitchen, through Ice Water Records in 2010.
Hanz’s talent has allowed him to receive several nods from members of the Wu-Tang Clan including Masta Killa and Grammy Award-winning Method Man, who publicly endorses the project.
