As it was a first stay we were unaware of the need to book mealtimes in advance to get the time or place you preferred, glad i asked on check in as we had the last reservation for that day, and we checked in at 3! We all had our nails done and they were unevenly filed and painted hands and feet. Didnt paint close enough to the nail bed or the sides of the nails. You could actually see the layers of paint as there wasnt a consistent overlap of colour. Grew out in a few days.
