Still very high, but my credit was bad, so I felt it was an acceptable rate given the circumstances. It did not come with floor mats which I thought was strange and after discussing this Aspen gave me a new set at no charge. I have had absolutely no problems at all with it. About 6 months ago I noticed that the paint on the top in a small area near the antenna was showing the beginning signs of rust and could tell it had been painted over some slight damage, which I was not aware of when I bought it. I went in and even after 6 months of owning it, they took it in and repainted the area at no charge. This is a very important customer service plus for Beaver. Going back, at settlement, they wanted to sell me extra insurance which would pay the difference between the loan value and the actual value of the car. After calling my insurance company, they did confirm that such insurance is a good idea in case the car is totaled, but said the price was very steep. While I paid a premium for the car and the extra insurance, it makes up for the fact that I have had no problems with the car. My previous used car not purchased from Beaver gave me trouble nearly every other month which cost me thousands of dollars in repairs in just the one year I had it. If fact it broke down the day after I bought it and I was stranded in Gainesville for a day and missed the ball game I went there for. Having a car that is trouble free is a piece of mind that is worth every dollar I paid for it. Another great thing is that Aspen is a no bull salesman. The truck was in very nice condition except for a very noticeable vibration it had during the I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership. He also told me that the tires were in great shape. We agreed on a price and I was given a We Owe You document that stated the vibration would inspected and fixed as needed. So I agreed to this and I purchased the truck. After getting home with the truck I had the tires inspected at a local tire center. There I learned that all four tires were bad and the cause of the vibration. I contacted the salesman about this who told me they were not going to put new tires on my truck. I reminded him of the We Owe You document and was later contacted by the service department manager who told me that they would not be replacing my bad tires because when the service department inspected the truck they notified the sales department of the bad tires. He further told me that the salesman shouldve never told me that the tires were good. After complaining about this to the service manager they have decided that they will put used tires on my truck. I explained that this was unacceptable. So at this point I still have a truck with a vibration. The salesman knew about this prior to selling me this truck yet never told me about this. I will certainly spread the word of their dishonest practice. We have left you several phone message to call us so we can work out something with your tires.
