Cabin was not ready on time, housekeeping still there when we arrived at , when it should have been ready at Didnt get in until after while we waited outside for housekeeping to finish. After driving 10 hours that was disappointing. Floors were filthy, cob webs everywhere, Furniture was old and some chairs were broken, rocker outside on porch was broken, blinds were dilapidated, All bed spreads were visually dirty, shower curtains molded, wires were frayed on video game upstairs, theater didnt work they did send maintenance to fix first night oven door broke when we opened it and almost came completely apart we fixed it Kitchen very small for cabin to fit Barely had adequate kitchen supplies, All beds were not comfortable, it was like sleeping on box springs, Heating system made first floor feel like sauna, but other floors freezing. Third floor shower when used leaked on second floor theater area. Hot tub on small first floor deck, having to go through someones bedroom to access. No yard, single driveway to cabin, thank goodness we didnt have neighbors but 2 nights out of the week we stayed. TVs in bedrooms were very small, no rugs in bathroom to step on after shower, Wi-Fi was not great. My family has had a stressful year like most, we lost our beloved mother and were dramatically affected by the pandemic in many ways.
