I completely get where you are coming from, and I am one of those bloggers. Public Relations firms want us to have all of these followers to review products and work with them on other things. That is why these bloggers are doing this. Personally if you not interested in a blog, Unsubscribe and stop following. I would rather have followers that actually like my blog and will look at the products I post about then that never take a look at my blog again. If you think it is too many then just choose a few that you truly think you would be interested in following and gain the contest entries for those instead and ignore the rest.
